    A. Radial spherical plain bearings requiring maintenance

    1. GE 4 E – GE 12 E, GE 15 ES – GE 300 ES, GE 15 ES 2RS – GE 300 ES 2RS,    GEF 12 ES – GEF 150 ES, GE 12 XS/K – GE 150 XS/K, GEZ 12.7 ES – GEZ 152.4 ES, GEZ 19.05 ES 2RS– GEZ 152.4 ES 2RS

    Outer ring of carbon chromium steel, fractured, hardened and phosphated, sliding surface treated with MoS2. Inner ring of carbon chromium steel, hardened and phosphated, sliding surface treated with MoS2. All bearings have an annular groove and lubrication holes in each ring except those of the E design. Bearings of the 2RS design are fitted with seas at both sides.

     

     1. GEC 320 XS – GEC 530 XS, GEC 320 XS 2RS – GEC 530 XS 2RS

    Outer ring axially split twice, held together by retaining rings. Outer and inner rings are made of carbon chromium steel and are hardened and phosphated, sliding surface treated with MoS2. Bearings of the 2RS design are fitted with seals at both sides.

     

    1. GEG 4 E – GEG 12 E, GEG 15 ES – GEG 280 ES, GEG 15 ES 2RS – GEG 280 ES 2RS, GEGZ 31.75 ES – GEGZ 139.7 ES, GEGZ 31.75 ES 2RS – GEGZ 139.7 ES 2RS

    Outer ring of carbon chromium steel, fractured, hardened and phosphated, sliding surface treated with MoS2. Inner ring of carbon chromium steel, hardened and phosphated, sliding surface treated with MoS2. All bearings have an annular groove and lubrication n holes in each ring except those of the E design. Bearings of the 2RS design are fitted with seals at both sides.

    With cylindrical extensions at each side of inner ring. Outer ring of carbon chromium steel, fractured, hardened and phosphated, sliding surface treated with MoS2. Inner ring of carbon chromium steel, hardened and phosphated, sliding surface treated with MoS2. Bearings of the 2RS design are fitted with seals at both sides.

    B, Radial spherical plain bearings requiring maintenance-free

    1. GE 4 C – GE 100 C, GEG 4 C – GEG 90 C, GEBJ 5 C – GEBJ 30 C, GEFZ 4..83 C – GEFZ 25.4 C

    Outer ring of carbon steel, pressed around the inner ring, with sliding surface of PTFE composite material; inner ring of carbon chromium steel, hardened, sliding surface treated with hard chromium plating.

     

    2. GE 10 N – GE 60 N, GEG 8 N – GEG 50 N

    Outer ring of carbon chromium steel, hardened, with sliding surface of PTFE plastic. Inner ring of carbon chromium steel, hardened, sliding surface treated with hard chromium plating.

     

    3. GEFZ 4.83 T – GEFZ 25.4 T

    Outer ring of carbon steel, with sliding surface of PTFE fabric, pressed around the inner ring. Inner ring of carbon chromium steel, hardened, sliding surface treated with hard chromium plating.

     

    5. GE 15 ET 2RS – GE 120 ET 2RS, GE 140 XT 2RS – GE 300 XT 2RS, GEG 15 ET 2RS – GEG 110 ET 2RS, GEG 120 XT 2RS – GEG 280 XT 2RS, GEZ 19.05 ET 2RS – GEZ 152.4 ET 2RS

    Outer ring of carbon chromium steel, fractured, hardened and phosphated, with two seals at both sides, with sliding surface of PTFE fabric; inner ring of carbon chromium steel, hardened, sliding surface treated with hard chromium plating. Outer ring of the XT design axially split twice, held together by retaining rings.

     

    6. GE 15 ET/X – GE 60 ET/X, GE 70 XT/X – GE 300 XT/X

    Outer ring of stainless steel, fractured, hardened, with sliding surface of PTFE fabric; Inner ring of stainless steel, hardened. Outer ring of the XT design axially split twice, held together by retaining rings.

     

    7. GEC 320 XT – GEC 530 XT, GEC 320 XT 2RS – GEC 530 XT 2RS, GEH 100 XT – GEH 600 XT, GEH 100 XT 2RS – GEH 600 XT 2RS

    Outer ring of carbon chromium steel, hardened, axially split twice, held together y retaining rings, sliding surface of PTFE fabric. Inner ring of carbon chromium steel, hardened, sliding surface treated with hard chromium plating. Outer ring of the 2RS design fitted with seals at both sides.

     

    C. Angular contact spherical plain bearings

    1. GAC 25 S – GAC 200 S, GACZ 12.7 S – GACZ 152.4 S

    Bearing rings of carbon chromium steel,hardened and phosphated,sliding surface treated with MoS2. Outer ring  have groove and lubrication holes, sliding surface with two cross lubrication grooves.

     

    2. GAC 25 T – GAC 200 T

    Outer rings of carbon chromium steel,hardened,with sliding surface of PTFE fabric;Inner ring of carbon chromium steel,hardened,sliding surface hard chromium plated.

     

    3. GAC 25 N – GAC 120 N

    Outer rings of carbon chromium steel, hardened,with sliding surface of PTFE plastic;Inner ring of carbon chromium steel,hardened,sliding surface treated with hard chromium plating.

    D. Thrust spherical plain bearings

    1. GX 10 S – GX 200 S

    Outer rings of carbon chromium steel, hardened,with sliding surface of PTFE plastic;Inner ring of carbon chromium steel,hardened,sliding surface treated with hard chromium plating.

     

    2. GX 10 T – GX 360 T

    Bearing housing washer of carbon chromium steel, hardened, with sliding surface of PTFE fabric. Shaft washer of carbon chromium steel, hardened, sliding surface hard chromium plated.

     

    3. GX 17 N – GX 120 N

    Bearing housing washer of carbon chromium steel, hardened, with sliding surface of PTFE plastic. Shaft washer of carbon chromium steel, hardened, sliding surface hard chromium plated.

     

    E. Rod ends

     

    1. SI 5 E – SI 12 E, SI 15 ES – SI 80 ES, SA 5 E – SA 12 E, SA 15 ES – SA 80 ES

    Rod end with male or female thread is made up of a rod end and a radial spherical plain bearing of series GE…E or GE…ES,rod end of steel and zinc coated;Can be relubricated via a nipple or a hole in the rod end, except those of the E design

     

    2. SIJ 5 – SIJ 22, SAJ 5 – SAJ 22, SIZJ 4.83 – SIZJ 19.05, SAZJ 4.83 – SAZJ 19.05

    Rod end of steel and zinc coated,with male or female thread press around the inner ring;inner ring of carbon chromium steel,spherical surface with chromium plating.

     

    3. SIBP 5 S – SIBP 30 S, SABP 5 S – SABP 30 S, SIZP 4.83 S – SIZP 25.4 S, SAZP 4.83 S – SAZP 25.4 S

    Rod end of steel and zinc coated,with male or female thread ,spherical surface with bronze liner;inner ring of carbon chromium steel,spherical surface with chromium plating;Can be relubricated via a nipple or a hole in the rod end,except hole diameter d≤6.35.

     

    4. SI 5 C – SI 30 C, SA 5 C – SA 30 C

    Maintenance-free rod end with male or female thread is made up of a rod end and maintenance-free radial spherical plain bearing of series GE…C,rod end of steel and zinc coated;maintenance-free.

     

    5. SI 15 ET 2RS – SI 80 ET 2RS, SA 15 ET 2RS – SA 80 ET 2RS

    Maintenance-free rod end with male or female thread is made up of a rod end and maintenance-free radial spherical plain bearing of series GE…ET-2RS,rod end of steel and zinc coated;maintenance-free.
